Restorative dentistry is a blend of technology used to restore your smile. It’s a critical component to a healthier lifestyle, as restorative dentistry impacts the health and function of your teeth. Through the realm of restorative possibilities, we are able to assist people with missing teeth, chipped teeth, injuries, gaps, or even jaw pain. Through restorative services such as bridges, ceramic restorations, dentures, root canals, composite restoration and gold crowns we are able to alter a patient’s bite, ability to chew, and swallow while restoring teeth to a natural looking and feeling state.
At Hutchinson Dental Center, we embrace a combination of pain management options for restorative dentistry procedures based on what is right for you. Nitrous oxide is provided free for all patients receiving any restorative procedure, but is always optional. We will work with each patient’s unique needs to administer pain medications, as well as provide advise on over the counter pain relievers, cold packs, and even dietary restrictions than can assist with overall recovery and pain management. We respect your right to decide.
Our goal is to provide all patients with a pain-free experience while using solutions that maintain the integrity of natural looking teeth and a beautiful smile.
Restorative Dentistry Services Include:
Diagnostics: Comprehensive oral examinations, digital & panoramic x-rays, digital photographs to guide the restorative dentistry process. We use the newest in diagnostic technology including the DIAGNOdent Diagnostic Laser and Intra-Oral Camera.
Cerec: A CEREC® tooth restoration isn’t just convenient, it is also healthy. Many years ago, dentists had few options to repair decayed and damaged teeth other than gold and other metals. With CEREC®, we use strong, tooth colored ceramic materials to restore your teeth to their natural strength, beauty, and function. These materials closely match the composition of natural tooth structure.
Oral Surgery: Tooth extraction, and biopsy-soft tissue.
Endodontics: Root canal therapy, pulpotomy.
Prosthetics (removable): Removable prosthetics includes dentures, partials, repairing prosthetics, rebase, relines, and precision attachments.
Prosthetics (fixed): Fixed Prosthetics includes bridges and recementing bridges.
Dental Implants: Many leading dental organizations now recognize dental implants as the standard of care for tooth replacement. Dental implants, like natural teeth, transmit chewing forces to the jaw, stimulating it and halting the bone loss.
Mini-Dental Implants: Mini-dental implants hook into a partial or dentures for a more secure connection, which results in a more natural look and function of teeth.
Same-Day Denture Repair: Denture repair services completed on-site and as quickly as possible.
