 I wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy I am to have found you and your clinic, and how pleased I am with the    painless smile improvement I've experienced!

Since moving to Howard Lake from the metro area, I initially kept seeing my former dentist in town, then postponed regular dental appointments, then tried a couple of other dentists that I didn't like very well, and then was attracted to your clinic by your Yellow Pages ad. I am a firm believer  that technology, in the hands of the right person, can indeed improve the results that are both faster and better. When I saw your ad, I was delighted to think that perhaps I could now experience better and faster in my dental work.

My entire experience at your clinic has proved that to be true and I feel extremely grateful. I love coming into your charming "house", and once there, your universally friendly staff makes me glad I came. Special thanks to Arlys and Erin, who were unfailingly encouraging and understanding while I battled my own schedule and dental fears before getting back on track with a regular schedule.

My new front crowns look so much better than I was thinking they could be made to look, and the ease of the process was terrific for someone like me, who always feels apprehension at the thought of dental work. The combination of the high level of improvement, and the painlessness and speed of the process, feel sort of like a dream come true after the years of struggling to find a good dentist I feel comfortable with.

For the first couple of days after getting the crowns, I found myself eagerly seeking mirrors so that I can  smile into them and enjoy that smile.  Shortly after procedure , I had a need to attend one of our quarterly managers' meetings. I realized part way through that I was not guarding my smile. Instead, I was just smiling openly, and being myself. My self conscious feelings about my teeth had disappeared, and what a feeling of freedom that was.

Recently I was in need of dental aid. Dr. DeKoster completed a partial crown in one appointment. With the advanced technical equipment at his disposal, Dr. DeKoster performed a virtually painless procedure in preparing the tooth, fashioning and fitting the crown. All of this was done in one procedure.

Following the completion of the crown, the dental hygienist completed a cleaning of my teeth that involved an ultrasonic procedure. There was no painful scraping of plaque from the teeth and no bleeding of the gums. This appointment was the most satisfying experience I have ever had at the dentist.
